GSSInc provides battery testing of standby batteries. We use the Midtronics Celltron Conductance Battery Test Set that does not require a load condition, thus avoiding possible interruptions of service. We can also test standby generator starting batteries and UPS batteries providing we can get to the battery terminals (posts).

To do the testing we first measure the battery temperature, input the battery cell voltage, select post to post or strap to strap, and following the test set menu, conduct the test on each cell or jar in Siemens. Easy and simple.

We can provide a comprehensive printout of the batteries test results while on site and include it in the report as well. Notice: We do not conduct battery maintenance but can recommend a company that specializes in battery maintenance.
